Moolya - PHP Developer (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

As a full-stack developer specializing in the LAMP stack, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack.

- Optimize and improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.

- Write and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1-3 years of experience in full-stack development using the LAMP stack.

- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Phalcon, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).

- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

- Knowledge of database design, management, and optimization.

- Experience with Linux server environments and deployment processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Optional Skills :

- Experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
