Top management take feedback from your juniors and lower level employees, which leads to a lack respect for middle managers. 6. Very bad travel policy. 7. No work life balance - Salespeople often start working from 5 am and work until 11 pm. 8. You are expected to push your team and franchises dealers to meet targets, but if they complain. it could cost you your job, which is not fair. 9.
