They give chances to freshers but the thing is no experienced person will work there that's why it's a good start for a fresher

They make it sound like it's jot a sales job but at the end of the day everyone have to do sales let it be new joinee or the manager itself its basically call center and the manager is really unprofessional and biased

Nothing. There are people from all over, with not even proper education or experience working here at any positions and joining the organisation.

Here there is no job security. None. If they find a candidate who will ask for less monetary benefit than you consider yourself out if organisation in no time. They pay you peanuts having said that. They tell you you will get benefit if you get more sales done but do not pay you. All days are working. Even sundays. No work life balance. There is no offer letter or resignation letter anything that is needed in for candidates to show you have worked here. Here education won't be appreciated. Meaning there are candidates from IT background working into sales. You will not find your education needed to stay in the organisation. If you are good with people you won't last. Experience Was not worth it. Try for better companies. All days are working. Sundays included. Won't get any leaves even if you are sick. If you take more than 3 days holiday you are transferred to other place.
