There is nothing to like here

Dislikes

This is one of the worst company to work for. Unnecessary pressure. Sourcing team acts as sales. No leadership, no vision. People join and then they leave within 6 months to 1 years. If you get opportunity here, pls don't join. You will spoil your career and also peace. Very bad management. No clear direction. There will be day to day changes in the departments. Once you resign, nobody cares about your final settlements, income tax information, experience certificate. HR and Payroll are worst here. Nobody supports. Don't waste your precious time by joining here. You have my world. Surely you will regret....Read More
