Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It was the first time working in GCC, really was excellent company with multinational company culture. Modern Tobacco is a family business and they are always opened for any improvement idea.
