The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day. Work life balance gets impacted quite frequently here due to tight and unrealistic deadlines. Clear communication regarding deadlines can help employees avoid overtime / weekend work. This overtime and weekend work is not compensated for. Management micro-manages a lot here trying to cover up more work (work not present in the sprint plan) long before the deadline dates. Over assignment of work under the guise of generating revenues. Multiple products get assigned to an individual without any knowledge transfer. No increment since past 2+ years. Everything. Management is very poor, product has only bugs and will ask you to provide the fixes. They will have the release every alternate day and even though there are issues, they will deliver. The timelines are very poor and they commit on fly without even coming to development team.

Mobileum focuses on freshers and it’s a good company for freshers as there compensation is also highly good as compared to market. And it’s a product based company.

There’s no job security you can be eliminated at any point of time without any justification. You are suppose to work till late night to match the onshore timing daily as all information is with the onshore team. And to proceed in your task you need to wait for there reply. Your work will never be appreciated as if they appreciate you may ask promotion or hike. Which they don’t want to give.
