Mobileum is an excellent place to work for people who have urge to learn & urge to grow. It's culture is very open & dynamic which is very helpful to grow with in company and helps in cultivating as a strong personality.

Dislikes

If any IT company claims that it gives 100% work life balance then I woud treat it as a false information. Though there are instances where being employee you would feel little disbalanced seniors in Mobileum does understand personal concerns and value an employees work life balance. If I compare then I find it a better place in terms of work life balanace.

The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day.
