Compensation is way below that of its peers. Managers are not valued despite spending 12 to 14 hours. Also, whenever manager compensation-related questions come up management simply gives a reply which doesn't justify. There is no work-life balance for managers as we have to handle the India team as well as the US counterparts. We work 12-14 hours daily.
