The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day. If you face any problem...no one listens to you all...even hr group is useless....i don't know why they hire people if they can't know how to treat people. Recommendation -Do not Join this company... nothing new is learning there.

Hybrid work model allowing for both work from home option as well. Cab pick-up and drop facility for those visiting the office. Helpful peers and seniors. Team lunches every quarter.

Work life balance gets impacted quite frequently here due to tight and unrealistic deadlines. Clear communication regarding deadlines can help employees avoid overtime / weekend work. This overtime and weekend work is not compensated for. Management micro-manages a lot here trying to cover up more work (work not present in the sprint plan) long before the deadline dates. Over assignment of work under the guise of generating revenues. Multiple products get assigned to an individual without any knowledge transfer. No increment since past 2+ years. No roll-out of performance pay which is 10% of your CTC since past 2+ years....Read More
