There are many things but company is spoiling their image by keeping few people which are harmful for company culture.

Dislikes

The person who is supporting GGX team is harmful also spoiling entire company culture entirely. Why management can’t see her activities don’t understand. Company is doing all show off things to save their image in market to get employees but it will be tough to sustain them if they keep this kind of employee in their company.

too many parties and all , free food.

they sacked 60% of engineers in the name of gst thing, havnt seen anyone else taking this hard route. so basically once they are done with you they will kick you out of mpl system, which is very frustrating, and felt little cheated.

The work culture is worse, management behave like they are working with some blue collar employees, very often you will listen lots of words thats not common in corporate. CTO uses abusive language very often. The worst company i have ever worked for.

My Team Culture was the best thing. Everything was transparent within the team and I worked with highly skilled folks.

Dislikes

Promotion and Appraisal were handled by management folks and it was bad. They were even not giving the base market CTC for the position.

The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.

Dislikes

I do not like how people who came in early think that they are the owners and there is a bit of favoritism. Some attrition in leadership.
