I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.

Dislikes

I do not like how people who came in early think that they are the owners and there is a bit of favoritism. Some attrition in leadership.
