Mobikasa is a very growing and dynamic organization. They are working on new tools and technologies, Projects are really nice and they do have projects from different domains like Finance, Healthcare, Fitness, etc. Excellent Salary structure. Salary is always on time and good Appraisal Process every year. Company policies are very good and employee-friendly. I really enjoyed working in Mobikasa with the nice and senior team. It's a growing company with plenty of room for promotions for well deserving candidates. Work culture is pretty good, awesome team work at play. Challenging project with steep deadlines are around so there's always something new to learn.

Management is very poor.. No clear vision or mission... Hire and fire culture.. There's no real projects with them.. Team lead and top level employees doesn't have basic skill sets or competency,the company is headed to collapse.. They just try to retain the clients with incompetent and unskilled employees..
