I was new to software field and I said so in the interview too. They said its OK we will train you, so I was very happy to join them. But all they did is give internet access and asked me to learn from tutorialspoint. There is no proper training schedule for newbies. No one is available to guide you through. They don't even allot work but will say you are wasting your time and their money. Seniors attitude is very bad, no leaves, very bad office environment and they have atleast 2 cameras to cover every single place which they will monitor.
