I was new to software field and I said so in the interview too. They said its OK we will train you, so I was very happy to join them. But all they did is give internet access and asked me to learn from tutorialspoint. There is no proper training schedule for newbies. No one is available to guide you through. They don't even allot work but will say you are wasting your time and their money. Seniors attitude is very bad, no leaves, very bad office environment and they have atleast 2 cameras to cover every single place which they will monitor. Hr attitude is the worst. bad example for a newbies to join such company....Read More

You don't need to stop looking for jobs elsewhere...You will be always in an uncomfortable state which helps you to grow professionally ... You can learn how a company should not be and top management shouldn't be..

Management is very poor.. No clear vision or mission... Hire and fire culture.. There's no real projects with them.. Team lead and top level employees doesn't have basic skill sets or competency,the company is headed to collapse.. They just try to retain the clients with incompetent and unskilled employees..

Manager (Neeraj Dang) doesn't know any technical knowledge but still impose on others that you don't know anything. Also, no one at team lead or management level knows how to code and what are the basic principle of coding plus backend team lead (gaurab) thinks only php is everything.
