It's a growing company with plenty of room for promotions for well deserving candidates. Work culture is pretty good, awesome team work at play. Challenging project with steep deadlines are around so there's always something new to learn.

Management is very poor.. No clear vision or mission... Hire and fire culture.. There's no real projects with them.. Team lead and top level employees doesn't have basic skill sets or competency,the company is headed to collapse.. They just try to retain the clients with incompetent and unskilled employees..
