Dislikes

The company is moving towards a no benefit culture. They don't treat their employees as human beings. Their expectations from their employees are to be available 24x7 while they aim on cutting back the benefits.

Work Details

There's no work life balance. You'll end up working for 14+ hours. People are no longer staying in the organisation. A new employee would survive for 4-6 months.

Mobikasa is a very growing and dynamic organization. They are working on new tools and technologies, Projects are really nice and they do have projects from different domains like Finance, Healthcare, Fitness, etc. Excellent Salary structure. Salary is always on time and good Appraisal Process every year. Company policies are very good and employee-friendly. I really enjoyed working in Mobikasa with the nice and senior team. Best Managers and Technologies are there in the company. Time-To-Time fun activities just to keep fresh the employees. Right decision-making skills in the management. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Everything except colleagues Colleagues were super supportive but micro management is so toxic. Manager (Neeraj Dang) doesn't know any technical knowledge but still impose on others that you don't know anything. Also, no one at team lead or management level knows how to code and what are the basic principle of coding plus backend team lead (gaurab) thinks only php is everything. Management is very poor.. No clear vision or mission... Hire and fire culture.. There's no real projects with them.. Team lead and top level employees doesn't have basic skill sets or competency,the company is headed to collapse.. They just try to retain the clients with incompetent and unskilled employees..
