1. They treat you as a garbage 2. Everything is blamed on a developer everytime issue comes 3. Managers and CEO are uneducated 4. Entire company is unprofessional

I think nothing much good in this because they doesn't understand employees feelings.

They are directly terminated without any reason.And when we ask why are you terminated they not give valid reason and team leader said we don't need more developer and tester. Salary hold to 45 days after 45 days they will provide salary. All staff have a negetive attitude and seniors also non supportable.
