I think nothing much good in this because they doesn't understand employees feelings.

Dislikes

They are directly terminated without any reason.And when we ask why are you terminated they not give valid reason and team leader said we don't need more developer and tester. Salary hold to 45 days after 45 days they will provide salary. All staff have a negetive attitude and seniors also non supportable.

I am working as a Software developer at Mobicule. Todays date is 27 december 2018. I had not yet recieved salary for month of October 2018. Company deducted 2000 rs per month from my salary in first year and told me that company will pay me that amount after completion of one year bond period. I had joined mobicule on December 2016 but still I had not yet recieved that retention amount. The company does not pay salary to the employee who is on notice period. On the last day of the employee they force the employee to sign on the application on which it is written "We had paid all you full and final amount and also paid your retention amount" They do not provide employee with experiance letter unless and until the employee signs on that application. Recently I have seen Mobicule hires interns for 6 months and after completion of six months internship the inform the intern to continue as an intern for 3 more months....Read More
