High salary and growth

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
