No proper project management and team management in company, they don't recruit technically qualified managers to lead the teams, also managers who lead the teams don't have proper empathy how hard their team members work, they don't have proper planning while recruiting candidates and they lay off associates as they like, they praise employees when they want and harass employees when they don't want them, don't fall to them by their fake words and their fake marketing tactics...Read More
