HR policies are terrible and no work culture. Don't give holiday to employees and salary is always late.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. Always 20 days late. President is dominating. Not so friendly environment. MD of the company has no clue about what's happening in company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
