It was a wonderful experience working with MModal. I had great time with my teammates, TLs, and Manager. Salary appraisal is moderate and not up to the mark. At the end of service transportation was a big issue since company is located at interior region where we don't have frequent bus facilities. Work environment was very good. I was satisfied with the job but very much disappointed with the company's policy changes where many employees would have felt the same thing which was not much beneficial as before. Dislikes

Career growth is a big question mark I feel. It would be better if the policies of the company be changed and appraisals made year wise depending on the experience of employee rather than the performance. Since it is a 24/7 company, I feel that they should consider taking employees for outing trip for relaxation. On the whole, each and every company and field has it's general pros and cons.
