Was excellent earlier. But turned out to be nightmare the last two years. Provided attractive salary and incentive earlier, but brought me to stage of getting 4 thousand per month. Very unstable money here. Least expected, n management is only concerned about getting their work done. Neither our concerns address or least attention paid for employee well-being. Worst company now.

You find few people good as TLs. Salary will be credited on date.

Worst HR (Soumya), worst GM (Uday), worst OGM (Lakshmi) the torturer. These people make their own policy to eat your hard earned money other than company policies. No job security. They treat employees as their servants. No respect. Because of this attitude they closed 4 units. There were many good TLs and HRs, but they removed them. Lots of partiality to their own servants. No growth in this company. Useless inchargers or HODs in Chennai and Mumbai branches. Totally this company is down because of these people. Lots to tell, but enough.

Working for whole day. Deductions in basic salary. Work life is terrible. No hike at all since 3 years. Getting only 30% to 40% in basic salary. No incentives that we are supposed to receive. As per govt order that every one shud get basic salary during lockdown, our company did not support or follow those rules at all. Instead we are everyday working very hard to even get the basic salary which is less than 15000.

Sudden huge cuts in salary incentives. No fixed allowances for night shift. Many policies are employer friendly. No growth. Difficult to avail leaves. No fixed weekly offs. No proper canteen. Unhygenic canteen and food preparation. 99.5% is the minimum criteria for quality incentives below which you get only basic salary which is around 14000 rupees only. If quality is maintained above 99.75 and if monthly target is met with extra lines done then one can expect satisfying salary and incentives. If quality is below 99.5 then be prepared for basic salary and even allowance will be affected where one will get 150 per night. Only night shift and dusk shift in the coming days.

Only good thing working with MModal was salary on time and PF/Mediclaim facilities for employees. Loads of work that you will never fall short of your target.

Dislikes

No employee growth. No new opportunities. Nothing you will have to enhance your skills here. No appraisals. Not a good, happy environment to work at.
