Not satisfied with anything. I felt that I wasted my time with such a company. After spending more than 9 years with same company I felt completely cheated.

Dislikes

Always put lots of pressure to the employees to work, as management wants to achieve there goals and earn incentives. Felt like labor. No one cares about employees health, at least we are working with healthcare department, so it should be noted. Very less or no opportunity they provide to career growth or achieve anything for personal satisfaction.

Overall..I like all the things what I learned, what I experienced. Mmodal is one of the best companies. Salary, work environment all are excellent and satisfied.
