Its a US based company with minimal growth in career. Work environment is kinda good n friendly.

Salary is not as per the market value. Different t appraisal scores among the team members and each will be I formed of a different cut off.. 24/7 shift so life n work are on balance.

Nothing except the team mates (very few) are open minded and friendly.

Dislikes

Management, heirarchy, HR, they will make your life a living hell until you're inside the company. Once you are out, the HR would not like you to get another job hence they give a negative on background check. Honest Suggestion, better be jobless than getting here.
