Since it was a PSU I was having a feeling of nation building & development. Colleagues like brs. & sisters, salary was not good, not got opportunity to travel for co., job security was there, career stagnation was there due to mismanagement, little politics in office, innovation was lacking, service enjoyed.

Dislikes

Since PSU made for national growth & development, the top management should be sincere & accountable.

Work Details

I was engaged as Consultant after retirement in the same PSU and 2 other Govt. Ministries.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Nothing except medical reimbursement of Rs.5k per year. For in house treatment Rs.3.00 lac cover which was not affordable for the company as company become financially very weak.
