I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Company is good, work environment is also average. But if you are willing to learn you can learn and have your experience here along with the challenges and uncertain situations.

They do not have EPF and ESIC in there company. There is no fix date for salary.. like other small project based company it's salary depends on the bills and fund it get on completing the work.

My work is quite interesting. Billing work constant dedication and hard work. Along with the billing I maintain project status and progress. Sometimes have to work on auto cadd also.
