I wish management should start focuing performance analysis from low level to high level not just relying on manager or team lead comments there should be proper constructive method to analyze the performance of employees so that the one who is working get proper hikes,credits,awards and appreciate and should eliminate the one who are pretending to be working and just been in the company for years just because managers or leads bias. HR is my passion and felt the job is quite interesting,I struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training session provided on the role and their is no proper KT provided. In 5years I learned everything on the job.
