1st thing is, it never looks like a software company,no culture nothing,some great ppl come to offce by consuming alcohol,nd the HRs are always High,it is full of psychic politics,will not pay salary regularly, in my 1 yr of exp i was bit confused b/w HR and watchman &CEO, Here leads nd managers r much more interested in your personal lyf matters other than your work.You will never b recognized as an employee coz they wont provide u good food,good accommodation nd no shift allowance.The one who joins might get mentally retarded and may strt torchuring other ppl. It has 3 yrs bond and if u want to come out ,u need to pay 2.5 L nd need to submit originals.Finally I came out of it without paying anything.
