An okay place for freshers. Actually they hire mostly freshers. You get your salary on time.

The list is quite long but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. The work culture is a bit weird. HR keeps making different policies every other day and these so called ‘company’ policies are different for everyone. No clear communication from the HR’s side ever. Appraisals and Incentives are poor. No scope of upskilling, what so ever. Few people in the top management run the company as per their whims and fancies. No centralised work culture. Though its sales but Its different , I get to talk to the key decision makers around the world that is the part i enjoy.

Salary difference, and No appreciation of work they just motivate you but when in comes to reward nothing is there. Also the incentive are give only once a year and there is no structure for incentive , they dont invest on employees ,never.
