Dislikes

None of the seniors know basic management. Everything happens at the last moment. The officers lack manner of talking to people. they feel just because they have cleared an exam, they can treat you like shit. Most of the times, the work is given to you without considering your skill and qualification. Most of the people are over-qualified to do the job that they are doing. Typical school environment where you have to mark attendence in the morning and evening, else your salary gets stuck. There are many cons, cant even list all. But the major problem is lack of understanding about their employees, their skills and qualifications before a job is assigned to them and poor management and administration....Read More
