A very challenging, adventurous and satisfying experience.Excellent team building and team work.Very good scope of growth and seamless adoption of the latest technologies.Human resource has always been considered as a capital/asset which explains why the Indian Army is the last bastion of the nation.

Dislikes

It is an excellent organization,however due to limited vacancies at the top and steep pyramidal structure good officers at times get stagnated.
