Growth opportunity is limited aswell as medical health insurance is very very poor ..incase of emergency person it is difficult to manage the situation for expates

I had a great experience working for the ministry of defence, and learned about both good things and the drawbacks of a wide range of cultures and how to work with them. All whilst managing and adapting to whatsoever.

Dislikes

I found some disadvantages working with leaders who unfortunately could not lead, and they had the authority to make the wrong decisions.

I was hardworking from the beginning of my career, and received many promotions to reach where I am today as a brigadier-general engineer.
