Fast growing company with strong presence in India and outside India. The brand is well known and respected and whenever I tell my friends I work at Minimalist, they are in awe :) Learnings opportunities are exponentially high given how fast the company is expanding globally. I'm proud to be a part of this company.

There are 2 different offices in same city, which is a bummer. I'm waiting for new office where all the teams can work together

Unfortunately, it was largely negative. The company culture was a significant issue. There was a palpable lack of communication and collaboration between departments, and a general sense of unease permeated the workplace. Management seemed distant and unresponsive to employee concerns. I frequently witnessed favoritism and a lack oftransparency in decision-making, which created a toxic and demotivating environment. Regarding career progression, I found both the increment and promotion processes to be deeply flawed. Increments were minimal and often felt arbitrary, and opportunities for promotion were scarce. There was no clear path for advancement, and hard work and dedication were rarely recognized or rewarded. Job security was another major concern. Restructuring and layoffs seemed to be a constant threat, creating a climate of anxiety and uncertainty. There was a distinct lack of long-term planning, and employees were treated as expendable resources. Finally, I found that Uprising science pvt ltd[Minimalist] offered virtually no opportunities for skill development. Training and development programs were nonexistent, and there was little to no support for employees who wanted to expand their knowledge or acquire new skills. When I go to the office every day, it is because I want to. I have never forced myself. The environment and the people work collaboratively. Also, each and every department is very helpful if you need assistance. The no1 thing is also the behavior of the people around me, it is always uplifting and graceful.

The plant is very well bilt and the company follows high quality standards. I get to work on products & formulations that are otherwise not accesible in other organisations. Projects are openly disscused and everyone's opinion is taken which makes you feel good.

Flexible & supportive culture. Everyone wants to solve the problem at hand and innovative. Lot of youngsters who come from good colleges and are very smart & dynamic. You can push boundaries and do wonderful things.

While the company is working on adopting tools & technologies to automate systems. The progress on that front is a little slow.

Your work is valued and we get lot of support from everyone, especially R&D team while answering customer queries. They really care about that gets communicated to customers and how best to address their concerns. No shortcuts.
