Got to learn SAP 4 HANA

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

Separation policy is worse , they gamble about gratuity eligibility if you are not in good books and deny after your last working day. Dry promotions is the trend after merger, all increment letters roll out late and team budget is utilized for travel compensation for leadership rather than team members

It gives hybrid working which allows you to do 2 days at office for 6 hours. The medical policy is good and has IVF for 50,000 and other benefits included.

There is absolute no communication from HR about appraisal delay people have to find news from money control and other news site. They have started some rythm which is so annoying you have to swipe card then book your seat when the entire floor is empty then scan qr code going to that desk download their app then do check in etc etcit's really cumbersome process started from September 2024.
