Leadership is pathetic. They don't want to face the reality. To disrespect employees is a part of Mindcrest's culture and when you raise questions or show concern then the entire management will stand against you.

My experience with this company was not positive overall. The workplace culture felt toxic, with little to no opportunities for growth or learning. The compensation provided was not aligned with the workload or expectations, which often led to a lack of motivation. There was significant micromanagement and no emphasis on work-lifebalance, making it challenging to maintain personal well-being. Additionally, I observed favoritism towards employees who had been with the company longer or engaged in flattery, which created an unfair and discouraging environment for others.
