They will promote you and assign some new project as per your capability. Salary system in this company is fantabulous , on the end of month your salary will be credited on timely. There is no any working culture in this company , you have to take responsibility of others as per time or work demand. Company policy is just a paper work , you have to clear about every policy with your AGM or Director of the company on time to time. HR is just a formality person....Read More

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within a same team.
