Management, services, company doesn't provide any proper documents, no proper overtime adjustment, doesn't stick to words, work doesn't depend on the position. They can make you work like advisor or telecaller whenever they want

Worst organisation, worst management, no respect for women employees, CEO has the only right to take the decisions even for the agents, but all the decisions taken was not useful or beneficial for the office or any agent, instead he takes the decision only to fill his own profit
Even the money he gets from client is hidden an just filled his own pockets. When the agent resignes from office he still shows the client as he/she is still with the organization just taken a long-term leve so he can still get the money from client.
Warnings for every mistakes are been given by deducting fines from salary instead of giving an warning letter (so unprofessional).
Facilities not provided:
- proper salary
- government deductions (EPF,)
- leave structure
- pantry facility no coffee maker/machine, water despensor available but not serviced (oven brought by process manager but doesn't allow others out use it as his personal property)
- sitting arrangement (chairs) for agents.
- no training room.
- no women's security awareness (CEO itself insults women team leader)
- HR competency missing.
