Environment is good and work life balance is great

Dislikes

Some managers are really rude and just want their work done anyhow. They don't care about you and your family's wellbeing. No internal growth opportunities even though you are eligible instead of doing 4 out of 5 tasks you will be poked for the 5th task and they will make it so big that you start doubting yourself. It is fair to say people don't leave organization they leave managers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company has favouritism, the management is worst it is not a employee centric company and even if you are sick you will asked to come and the work is hectic and exhausting

Dislikes

The management is not employee centric, the play favouritism you cannot voice opinion and if you do the feedback is never take even if you are sick the company will call you for graveyard shift that is company requirements, you cannot take leave on weekends if you get sick also if you are rostered for the shift . The company will exhauste you in the name of incentive.
