The company has favouritism, the management is worst it is not a employee centric company and even if you are sick you will asked to come and the work is hectic and exhausting

The management is not employee centric, the play favouritism you cannot voice opinion and if you do the feedback is never take even if you are sick the company will call you for graveyard shift that is company requirements, you cannot take leave on weekends if you get sick also if you are rostered for the shift . The company will exhauste you in the name of incentive.
