Salary on time. colleague are good.

No training, less appraisal, without career growth. I worked here around 4 years. Sales person can never the achieve the sales target due to unrealistic figures as compare to market. I received appreciation many times, but appraisal........!. product is excellent but not management

no growth of career, no salary increment(if ask chance of losing job). we learn here how to cheat a distributor.(dump the stock by taking advance payment & forget him , search a new customer.only the product is excellent not management.
