Flexibility to work from home. Ample learning Free food and cab facility Employees are well taken care, but less importance is given to IGD (GDC) Project are good and environment is also good for learning and growth.

Lack of transparency and fairness in performance reviews and promotions. High pressure and long hours, always email on utilization and multiple projects. The promotion hike in GDC is 5% only standard. 2 promotions in 2 years but 5 % hike
