Hell lot of internal politics and favouritism Lay offs Poor management- no budget for recognition functions- they do it with lot of internal struggles Internal movement is a big struggle No on-site opportunities Micromanaging managers in the name of reports and employees survey

Company has less or No process..looks like more space is given for all. But if any manager takes advantage of it , it might ruin our career...

Dislikes

No definite process and most of the things are left to the mercy of the manager. In due process if something goes wrong no proper action to rectify instead they try to suppress and sweep it under the carpet...lot of scope for improvement
