This company has been plagued with Bad leadership and managenet in the post COVID times, it feels so disappointing to see this company becoming what it is today after begin here for more than a decade just for the great culture and values that's almost nonexistent now. Almost all the managers these days have been hired cheaply fromIndian companies, these people lack basic etiquette and bring their toxic culture to the along, has made the culture exteremely Toxic and Political. Employee Satisfaction and Welfare are not the priority anymore and the company is now is only chasing profits after the bad investment decision to fund OpenAI all the funding has been directed to build AI and acquire GPUs, there hasn't been any appraisals since the past 2-3 years and the employees are being forced to accept dry promotions without any hike in pay but responsibilities with the expectation to perform without an boost to Morale or appreciation for your hard work.
