There is no flexibility. Tasks are focussed in a way how early you could complete it and not how better you could implement the solution. Tasks are bombarded on you one after another and no means to learn anything for yourself, its just task oriented process.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
