There is no job security. Work culture is not so good. Here manager will decide everything irrespective of your hard working. Here company not properly judging employee skills and knowledge. Lot of ignorance in evaluating right employee hence good employee are leaving this company.

Company or management is not properly evaluating right employee. Simply giving promotion to employee who have low skills. Everything deciding by manager there is no proper scale. Manager also not from technical background.

Very good company culture. There is lot of opportunities to grow and learn as the company handles end to end network ranging from routers, switches to Firewalls and Load balancers. The people in this company are some of the best in my opinion. There is excellent Job security as Microland being a leader in Remote Infrastructure Management has many projects where employees can be moved to. Certain teams do have the normal office politics but for the most part the managers and leads are very supportive and understanding. Good for a fresher as they will be groomed well about the corporate world. Job security is also good as long as you are in a good project.

Career growth is lean while salary/appraisal are also low compared to the current market. Appraisals are the main pressure point for the employees. Cafeteria is a joke. Also lacks a lot of other facilities.
