I have started work from 2002 with sarlary of 4500 as medical representative,i have got promoted very late due to naptoism & makhanwaji,they only give increment anually 500 for mr,1000 FOR AM,1500 FOR RM,THEY ARE VERY CLEVER IF ANYBODY JOIN WITH HIGH SALARY THEY DECRESE WITHOUT ANY CONCERN,THEY PROMOTE AND DEMOTE WITHOUT ANY REASON,I HAVE SPEND 19 YEARS THEY PLAY WITH ME,I HAVE PROMOTED AFTER 12 YEAR,AFTER 17 YEARS I HAVE PROMOTED ONCE AGAIN IN A NEW DIV. AFTER 6 MONTH THEY BIND UP DIV.& ONCE AGAIN DEMOTED AS AM IN A DIFFERENT WORST DIV.
