Company policies are good, flexible work environment and career growth opportunities are there.

Dislikes

Appraisals are pathetic. There is no transparency in certain internal issues.

Work Details

Got to learn a lot and had achieved lot of incentives in cash and kind, but accordingly I have given every possible effort into this job. However, now things are taking some quick turns post covid 19 which are not in my favour

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
