Roles & Responsibility:

Product executives oversee the operations of companies that research, develop, and produce drugs and medications. They make key strategic decisions that lead to pharmaceuticals that can improve patient care and outcomes.

• Product development: Directing the development of new pharmaceuticals, including overseeing researchers and technicians
  
• Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to support sales and marketing objectives
• New product launches: Planning and launching new products in different areas
• Field work: Working with field staff to develop territories, understand market dynamics, and identify market opportunities
• Doctor interactions: Handling doctor interactions and CMEs
• Campaign monitoring: Monitoring campaigns for sales promotion
• Training and motivation: Training, motivating, and guiding field staff to ensure brand growth
• Distribution coordination: Coordinating with the distribution department for product allocation
