Creates, evaluates, and analyzes proposals for new business ideas
Work with Merchandising, Marketing & Editorial departments to help manage product exposure to maximize sales Assist in managing THE OUTNET events schedule and planning process, working with Buying, Marketing & Editorial departments
Generate ideas and product research for trend promotions and help implement new existing stock strategy
Approve product selections & messaging for onsite and offsite activities in the absence of PM manager
Train and manage the Product Merchandising Intern
Provide product guidance to the Customer Care teams
Approve and provide product where necessary for all press, affiliate, advertorial and partnership requests
Advise the Social Media team on key products that need marketing
Manage the designer list merchandising across both the International and US websites
