As someone who believes in the potential of digital transformation, I was excited to hear about muktiole hiring in Pune for transformation projects. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment as it became evident that the digital transformer lacked the necessary qualifications and expertise for the role.
Dislikes
During the DCTI/business meetings, the digital trasformer appeared to be unfamiliar with the specific challenges and intricacies of real world. It was clear that they had a one-size-fits-all approach with little knowledge of the latest technological trends and advancements.

Very good work life balance. You will get two days of WFH in a month. 5-day job for engineer and above category.
Dislikes
Worst management and no proper vision for the Chennai plant. Though the Michelin group is having good culture but this will not be applicable for Chennai. Senior management at site level is worst. Very high attrition and all the core values are in paper but not followed.
