Michelin DCAD Management is highly biased. They only prefer the employees who do buttering/ flattering to management. Management doesn't have any value for skillset or performance. They like sweet-speaking people even if that person is goofing or making a fool and dislikes the person who works hard. Michelin in general is very secured and focuses on employee's work life balance. The compensation can be on a better side but as far as learning curve and job security is concerned it is very satisfactory.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
